One summer could change your life.
LT (Leadership Training) is a summer-long program geared to help you deepen your walk with Christ, develop authentic relationships, and learn what it means to be on mission as a life-long follower of Jesus. LT creates a unique environment we affectionately liken to spiritual bootcamp, designed to foster tons of growth in character, biblical understanding, and leadership, all while working or taking classes alongside others from H2O.
Winter Park LT
Dates: May 21 – August 8
Spend a summer seeking the Lord in the mountains! Live and work full-time at YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch, which provides your room and board. We have evening sessions, entire days spent bonding and growing with your H2O Team, and tons of outdoor adventure together.
The cost is $595, which covers everything except travel out and back! You can raise support for that cost, and you can expect to make $1500-$2000 for the summer.
We highly recommend this LT for current freshman and sophomores, or really anyone who would be doing LT for the first time! We believe it is one of the best ways to invest your summer.

During Columbus LT, you’ll have the unique and awesome opportunity to spend 8 weeks in close community pursuing Jesus and sharing the gospel with the city of Columbus. All while working a full-time job, volunteering in Columbus, or taking summer classes. The city of Columbus is ripe for the harvest, with thousands of people (many of those near the campus of Ohio State) in need of the gospel. Experience what it’s like to build Christ-centered relationships, be challenged in your pursuit of the Lord, and be on mission with one another in the city through Columbus LT.
The Honduras Leadership Training is an 7-week program for college students who desire to be transformed into people who impact their world as they live out their faith. College students will spend their summer living, working and worshiping in Choluteca, Honduras. Students serve in a variety of ministries, including English as a second language classes, a malnutrition clinic, daycare center, AIDS orphanage, HIV support groups and a micro-loan program.
**The deadline for Honduras LT has been extended to March 1**
