10 Year Celebration

H2O 10 Year Celebration

It may be hard to believe, but this year marks the 10th year anniversary of H2O Church on the campus of The Ohio State University.  It is amazing to reflect on what God has done in and through this community, and so we decided that the only appropriate response was to celebrate!  As someone who has been a vital part of our history, we wanted to cordially invite you to come and join us on Sunday, April 22.  You are welcome to bring your family and significant others as well.

On Sunday, April 22, we invite you to come celebrate with us at one or more of the following events:

  • 11:11a Worship Service @ Hitchcock Hall (on campus) – Come worship the Lord with us and the current students at H2O!

  • 12:30p H2O History Walking Tour of Campus – Join us for an hour walk through campus as we reminisce about significant places on campus in H2O’s history (we will leave from Hitchcock Hall).  We’ll tell you a few stories and show you a few sights on campus (if you’ve never been to campus or if it’s been a few years since you’ve been on campus, campus has changed quite a bit!).

  • 1-4p Open House Celebration @ H2O Building – Let’s party, reconnect, and celebrate together!  We’ll have food, games, pictures, and many opportunities to remember all that God has done!  Plus, if you’ve never been to our new facilities, you can come and see what God so graciously provided for us in 2016 and get tours of our building and neighboring Annex (which is home to H2O Kids and some office space).

  • 4p Baptisms @ H2O Building – Our final baptism service of the school year will finish off our 10 year celebration.  Come join us to hear personal stories of life transformation of current H2O members.

Just dropping in that day is encouraged, but if it is possible, for the sake of planning food at the Open House, could you let us know if you are planning to come? Please fill out the form below and let us know!

You may know that we have a second service at 9:15a at the H2O Building.  You are welcome to attend that service (it also includes childcare).  Because we do not have a lot of space in the H2O Building, if it is possible for you to join us on campus, that would be helpful!

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Julie Cody (julie.cody@h2osu.org).  Looking forward to hopefully seeing you on April 22!!
